One of the best conference facilities in Cambridge!

If you are planning a anything from informal breakfast meetings or a full- blown product launch you will receive a warm welcome coupled with a professional service at Bourn Golf & Fitness Club Cambridge. 

There is Wi-Fi throughout so internet access is always at your disposal.  We carry a range of equipment to accompany your booking.  Reprographic facilities are also available, prices upon request.

The Club is near to both the M11 and A14 and only 8 miles from Cambridge city centre. There is ample free car parking too.

The Cambridge Suite
This purpose- built conference room can accommodate up to 40 delegates in theatre style and due to its size is also ideal for board meetings among other layouts.  The views from the private balcony overlooking the golf course are amazing.

The Green Room Studio

This facility can accommodate up to 80 delegates in theatre style seating.  Audio-visual equipment available upon request.  Coffee breaks and lunch are taken at our main site.

The numbers will vary depending on room layout. Our conference co-ordinator will be only too pleased to discuss the variables with you. 

The Garden Marquee 
Accommodating up to 100 in theatre style this room is ideal for larger parties or private dinners.  Connected to the bar area with its informal seating, it is possible to combine this with an informal meeting area.  The Marquee can be used all year round, winter heating is available.

The marquee, conservatory & restaurant can be linked for for formal dinning and seat a maximum of 184.

Our facilities have been used to launch a number of new products across all sectors. With easy access from the M11 and A14 plus flexibility and ample parking.

Accommodation
Whilst we do not have accommodation at the club we have good contacts with local hotels and guest houses. The nearest 4* Hotel is within 10 minutes of our entrance and local guest houses are less than 1 mile away
